In terms of talent attraction, education, and empowerment, flexible introduction of high-level talents can break through industrial technology bottlenecks, integrate talent policies such as science and technology envoys, science and technology envoys, silver experts, and academician workstations. Academician workstations can receive up to 1.8 million yuan in funding support for a 3-year cycle.
In terms of empowering technology finance, the "Technology Innovation Voucher" system is being implemented on a regular basis.
