Yunnan News (Reporter Li Tiecheng) Recently, the Coffee Culture Museum project, jointly invested and constructed by Lijiang Yulong State owned Capital Investment and Operation Co., Ltd., has been officially completed. The project includes the Baisha Coffee Museum and the Dayan and Meiji Coffee Library, two public cultural spaces that organically integrate coffee with reading, culture, and other elements to promote the high-quality development of Lijiang's cultural and tourism industry.

The Baisha Coffee Museum, located in Baisha Ancient Town, Yulong Naxi Autonomous County, with an investment of 4.12 million yuan, covers coffee science popularization, Naxi culture exhibition, intangible cultural heritage performance and other contents. It constructs a complete narrative flow of Yunnan coffee from seeds to cups, and creates a coffee culture composite base that integrates breeding cognition, harvesting and restoration, processing observation, brewing interaction, flavor tasting, professional training, and cultural exhibition. Dayan Hemeiji Coffee Library, located in the ancient city of the Old Town of Lijiang, relies on the core passenger flow of the ancient city to build a comprehensive service window integrating coffee tasting, book reading, cultural innovation exhibition, tourism consulting, intangible cultural heritage interaction and public service.

It is reported that the Baisha Coffee Museum can provide productized experiences such as cup testing, baking, Naxi culture latte art, and interactive hand washing; Targeting the general public and practitioners, introducing international certification systems such as PCA (Professional Coffee Competition), and conducting hierarchical training based on the qualification of the national coffee certification training classroom; By hosting monthly celebrity mentors and regularly organizing industry salons, the theme content is continuously updated. From May to December, we plan to conduct 200 coffee study sessions, 400 cup testing experiences, 200 baking experiences, and 40 coffee skills training sessions. Da Yan and Mei Ji Coffee Library, on the other hand, take "public welfare drainage+commercial transformation" as its core positioning, and build a commercial closed loop of "visit experience consumption sharing".

At present, Baisha Coffee Museum has officially started operations and actively hosts key activities such as Naxi Courtyard Coffee Salon, PCA Star Classroom, Yunnan Vietnam Coffee Exchange, and industry seminars. Dayan and Meiji Coffee Library have completed the spatial construction and business layout, and have successively carried out supporting activities such as coffee production area sharing, public tasting, and cultural and creative experience.
